I am visiting my wife in Virginia for a month in June. We plan to keep 1 day in a week to see new places and take break from long hours of work during the week. These experiences are turning out so amazing that I want to blog them. It may inspire us to leave our homes and travel more! Check out all clicks  here in the album . I am including a few selected ones in this blog itself. First weekend visit - Airbnb at  Chincoteague Island , Virginia We booked a sea facing house and went there with 2 other couples. The highlight of the visit was the beautiful house we stayed in. It had an enormous backyard facing backwaters. I could see green land as far as my eyes could see. It was a very quite and serene neighborhood. Not only house enjoyed spectacular location, it was very beautiful from inside. Its mid-winter here in Charlottesville, and temperatures can dip pretty low. So today (Sunday) when it got really warm here, we decided to drive down to Blue Ridge Mountains to soak in some sun and fresh air. We didn't want to go on a long hike, or one that was very far from Rockfish Gap. So we decided upon Turk Mountain Summit. It was only 2.2 miles round trip from the parking, and the cherry on the cake was that there was 0.1 mile rock scrambling at the summit. Most of the hike was easy, except for the last bit near the summit, where it got steep very fast. We got to the top and enjoyed a nice and clear view of the valley. Cowboys! for a day I have always been fascinated by different lifestyles that people have. Till recently, I have not seen a lot of lifestyles. Sure people have different jobs and different routine life, but it starts and ends with going to office, coming back and spending time with family. I am not talking about a student or a college hostel life, because in the end they also thrive to follow the same routine. People do have variations in job, but almost all of them have similar lifestyle and same complaints - long working hours, no passion for work, insufficient salaries, etc. I feel people are mostly lost in their routine life and forget their passion and their individuality in the process. Farm House in a forest I met Jess and Lita in Charlottesville - they are an amazing pair. They are both very affectionate and have seen a few more years than us. Lita mentioned she has a horse and since then I was very excited to try my hands on horse riding - and pose like a cow...
